Healthy Valentine’s Day Treats
I’m often asked by clients, “how can I eat healthy on Valentine’s Day”? The answer is simple: enjoy it in moderation.
Whether it’s a box of chocolates from the supermarket or chocolate fondue, don’t go into it with an all-or-nothing mindset. Have a treat or two, savor it, enjoy it and move on.
Another question I’m often asked is what should you avoid on Valentine’s Day and the answer is nothing.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I teach realistic nutrition without diet or deprivations, and avoiding a treat you love is deprivation. Use the same advice as above and you’ll be good.
