I am a huge fan when smoothie recipes that use vegetables. They are a great way to stay healthy and pack your system full of nutrients and vitamins.

There are smoothies with zucchini, smoothies with broccoli, and even smoothies with carrots in them. The sky is the limit when it comes to healthy and delicious smoothie recipes.

My favorite? Adding cauliflower! You don’t taste it and it’s a great way to sneak veggies into smoothies.
