-avocado oil -almond milk -sugar -cacao powder -vanilla extract -gluten free flour

Place all of the ingredients in a mug and mix well. Microwave on high for 85 seconds, let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Important tip: Make sure your mug is microwave safe and it’s big enough for your batter. It will rise while being cooked.
