Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

–Rolled oats –Coconut sugar –Melted coconut oil –Natural peanut butter –Dark chocolate –Cinnamon –Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or rub down with coconut oil.

2. Place half of the rolled oats in the glass of a blender and pulse until you have a ground meal.

3. Add the rest of the rolled oats, chocolate chips, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and mix until well incorporated.
