Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients

–Sesame oil –Onion diced –Peas and carrots frozen –Egg –Cooked diced chicken –Cauliflower –Garlic powder –Coconut aminos or soy sauce –Green onion diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the sesame oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Wait until it's nice and hot.

Add the onion and frozen peas and carrots vegetables and saute for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are soft and onion is translucent.

Add the egg and scramble it together until cooked.
