–Coconut oil –Sweet potatoes –Diced onion –Green pepper –Red pepper –Kale –Sea salt –Pepper –Garlic powder –Eggs –Sea salt –Pepper –Fresh thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350

In a large cast-iron pan melt the coconut oil over medium heat and add the cubed sweet potato.

Fry it up until almost soft (about 5-6 minutes).
