Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oat

This healthy recipe for meal prep lemon poppyseed overnight oats is so easy

Gluten free and made with greek yogurt for a boost of protein.

Ingredients

–Rolled oats  –Greek yogurt –Unsweetened almond milk  –Fresh lemon juice –Honey or maple syrup  –Chia seeds –Poppyseeds –Lemon zest –Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grab a conatiner. I use mason jars but you could use resealable bowls.

2. Add the ingredients to each container.
