Healthy Carrot Cake Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients

–Rolled oats –Unsweetened almond milk –Carrots –Chia seeds –Ground cinnamon –Ground ginger –Raisins –Monkfruit sweetener  –Walnuts –Vanilla protein powder –Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all of the ingredients except for the protein powder, walnuts, and yogurt to a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. Simmer until oats are cooked adding more liquid if necessary.
