Gluten Free Apple Muffins Recipe

These moist, soft, and delicious gluten free apple muffins are perfect for the week's meal prep.

I like to make them on a Sunday for easy grab and go snacks for the road or an easy recess snack for the kids.

Ingredients

–Butter –Brown sugar –Egg –Greek yogurt –Milk cows, almond, cashew,  –Oat flour –Baking powder –Apples shredded –Vanilla extract –Cinnamon –Milk –Confectioners sugar –Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and set aside.

In a bowl whip up butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until incorporated.

Mix in Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
