Dill Pickle Hummus

Ingredients

– chickpeas – dill pickles (plus some extra for topping the dip) – tahini – fresh dill (plus extra for garnish) – pickle juice (the pickle brine from the jar) – garlic cloves – extra virgin olive oil – apple cider vinegar – monkfruit sweetener – kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor add all the ingredients and puree until smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Taste and adjust seasonings.
