-black coffee -oat milk -sweetener of choice -pumpkin puree

-pumpkin pie spice -vanilla -sea salt -oat based whipped topping

Place all of the ingredients except whipped topping in a blender and blend at full-speed for 20 seconds until frothy.

Pour into a mug and top with whipped topping if desired.

I don’t have oat milk, what else can I use? Any milk of choice: unsweetened almond milk, cashew milk, soy, coconut (not canned), etc. If you don’t want a dairy free pumpkin spice latte, you can use cow’s milk as well.

 What sweetener can I use? I use monk fruit because it has zero calories, but you can sweeten it any way you want: honey, maple syrup, or try brown sugar for a tasty option.
