This healthy balsamic beet hummus recipe is a vegan holiday appetizer perfect for party snacks or for dipping crackers while watching TV.

–beet -canned chickpeas -tahini -lemon juice -olive oil -garlic -salt -balsamic glaze

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and scrub beets. Wrap the beet in foil. Roast for 50 minutes (or until soft). Once cool, use a paper towel to scrub the peel off.

For garnish, feel free to drizzle extra balsamic glaze over top.
