Balsamic & Parmesan Brussels Sprouts in the Air Fryer

This easy air fryer side dish is made in just 10 minutes.  It's a great way to add in extra veggies and works for meal prep too!

Ingredients

– brussels sprouts  – olive oil – garlic powder – salt – pepper – parmesan cheese  – balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Place cut and clean brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes. Toss the brussels sprouts, and add the parmesan cheese on top.

INSTRUCTIONS

Return and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until desired crispness. Serve warm with additional parmesan on top and a drizzle of balsamic.
