Protein Rice Krispie Treats

- 3 tbsps butter 44 grams
- 6 cups marshmallows 11 ounces
- 1 cup protein powder 84 grams
- 6 cups Rice Krispies 211 grams
In large pot over low heat, melt the butter.
Once it's melted, add the mashmallows and stir often until it's smooth and all lumps are gone. Remove from heat
Add the protein powder in and stir (working quickly as the marshamllows are getting tougher).
Finally, add in the Rice Krispies and mix until combined.
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil (I use avocado oil spray) and the back of your spoon. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press into it with the back of the spoon or use your hands if it's sticking too much. Let set for 1-2 hours.
