- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes 680 grams
- 1/4 cup pesto 72 grams
Preheat oven to 425F
Slice the baby potatoes in half and add to a bowl. Pour over 1/4 cup of pesto and stir together.
Add to a baking sheet or casserole dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they're fork tender and browning.
