Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked chickpeas rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp ginger
  • ¼ Tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ Tsp ground clove

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine chickpeas and coconut oil and pulse until creamy. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract and spices and pulse until you have a creamy hummus.

Notes

You'll have to process it for a while to truly have it go smooth (if it's gritty, keep blending).
