Gingerbread Dessert Hummus

Servings: 3 cups
- 2 Cups cooked chickpeas rinsed
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- ⅓ Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ Tsp ginger
- ¼ Tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ Tsp ground clove
You'll have to process it for a while to truly have it go smooth (if it's gritty, keep blending).
Full recipe: 4 yellow, 3 tsps.
