Burger recipes don’t get better than this! Vietnamese flavors bring life into this pork Banh Mi burger with pickled veggies and spicy mayo.

➡️ Pickled veggies (carrots, radish, cucumbers) - swipe up for recipe ➡️Spicy Mayo (swipe up) ➡️ 1 lb ground pork ➡️ 1/4 cup Panko ➡️ Garlic powder, onion powder, black sesame seeds, salt, pepper, ground ginger, red pepper flakes. ➡️ Brioche buns ➡️ Cilantro

Pickle

Slice your veggies, make the brine, swipe up for full recipe, and pour over. Let it come to room temp and then refrigerate for 30 mins.

Make the Patties

In a medium mixing bowl add all the burger ingredients (except the hoisin sauce) and mix together with your hands. Form into 4 patties. Cook 4-6 mins each side.

Top with Hoisin

Top with hoisin sauce while the burgers are still hot.

Make the Sauce

Mix the spicy mayo together with mayo, chile sauce, and red wine vinegar together (hoisin mayo for a non spicy option is in the recipe card in the post).

Assemble

Toast the buns (optional) and lay out them out. Put the spicy mayo at the bottom, top with a patty, then add the pickled vegetables and cilantro. Add the top of the bun and enjoy.
