Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4-6 corn on the cob or however will fit in your pressure cooker
  • 1 Cup water or stock

Instructions

  • Get the Instant Pot ready by placing the trivet on the bottom of the pot. Add the corn cobs, stacking vertically. Place as many as you can that will fit in your size pressure cooker. Make sure the lid closes properly.
  • Pour the water or stock over top of the corn (stock adds more flavor, you can use chicken or vegetable). Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes and vent with a quick release.

Notes

Depending on your elevation. The time it takes to come to pressure will be 12-14 minutes. You can speed up the process by heating it on saute mode first, turn that off, and then hit pressure.
