Add the quinoa, bell peppers, chickpeas, kale, and sundried tomatoes, red onion to a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients (or toss all the vinaigrette ingredients into a blender). Pour over the quinoa. Toss together.
