  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • optional: honey or maple syrup
  • Additional berries sliced bananas, nuts, seeds, bee pollen, etc for topping

Instructions

  • Pour the cherries, berry medley, banana, chia seeds, milk, and honey into a blender.
  • Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until the consistency is smooth and thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

The topping options for this smoothie bowl are endless! Bananas, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sliced almonds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, bee pollen…whatever your favorites are!
Make sure to blend this one on “high” to really get everything as smooth as possible. 
Frozen cherries and frozen berry medley packages can be found in the frozen aisle of your local grocery store.
If a mixed berry medley is not available, you can always freeze your own favorite fresh berries and use those instead.
