At the end of a busy day, the last thing you want to do is cook a big meal. That's why I put together this simple dinner starter box. This is great option if you want something pre done (like the meatballs and sausage) or want something quick and easy that you can simply toss in the oven (like the whole chicken, rub it with pesto like I did in the Pesto Lemon Chicken Recipe and you're good to go), stir fry in the skillet (like the ground chicken), or toss in the slow cooker or on the grill.
Box 2: Meal Prep Made Easy Box
From pre-done proteins like the meatballs, cranberry turkey sausage, pesto sausage, or Maui marinating stewing beef. All you have to do is cook and serve with veggies! The rest (whole chicken, chicken breasts, and more) are versatile in your prep needs and you'll have leftovers for days. Don't forget to treat yourself with the best filet mignon you will ever have (serve with my garlic dill potatoes and asparagus).
