1️⃣ Every Friday morning I meal plan. Then I order groceries for pick up on Sunday morning. 
2️⃣ Every Sunday I wear all the fruits and vegetables. 
3️⃣ Then I check my meal plan to see what needs to be cut up and stored for easy cooking and snacks. 
4️⃣ At this point I also see if any of my meats can be cooked ahead of time for easy stir fries and salads, I pop whatever it is in the oven. 🤷‍♀️...and that’s how I meal prep. The fanciest I get is making a homemade salad dressing and storing it in a mason jar all week. #eatinghealthydoesnthavetobehard

I used to restrict my calories wayyy too low (1200 calories 🙀), deny myself simple pleasure like chocolate, and workout 6-7 days a week. I was exhausted, I was missing out on life, and I always felt guilt. Ugh. That’s 👏🏻 NO 👏🏻 way 👏🏻to👏🏻live👏🏻. .

Now I eat roughly 1600-1800 calories a day. I lift weights 4x a week and if I want something, I eat it and move on. I don’t think about it all day or sabotage myself. Doing this I have lost almost 30 pounds in the last 7 months (after having my daughter). I still have a rough 25 pounds to go  Yes, it’s going slower than what I’d like and I do get a little frustrated BUT there is no negativity surrounding it.
  • Workshop assignment is complete and that is a wrap on the #cneprogram. Now I take a few days to settle my stuff and then we are off to DISNEYLAND. 😬😬
  • I’ve never done a word for the year before but last month I decided that 2019 is the year to #simplify. ✨

I’m not talking eating everything in sight. I eat when I’m truly hungry, foods that will fuel my body. ➡️ I don’t restrict myself anymore and “starve” and see food as a bad thing. I know, what a concept right? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Results are slower, but they still happen PLUS I’m not miserable. .
