Add 1/4 chia seeds 1 cup almond milk 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cover and Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. You want the chia seeds to thicken.
Get out bowls (or mason jars), chia pudding, and strawberry rhubarb sauce (CLICK FOR THE RECIPE)
Layer the chia pudding and strawberry sauce in your jar or bowl. Top with optional Coconut Whipped Cream.
