I've tried a few of Randa's recipes and they've always been a hit! Even my partner who doesn't like to eat that healthy enjoyed them. Our favourite is the Coconut Curry Chicken Skillet. It was the best tasting meal I've had all year. I've made it at least 6 times in the last month! So so good!
