Randa's meal plan was great and so easy to follow! I printed off the weeks and just kept everything on hand. The weekly shopping list was organized and so handy to have so I didn't have to make my own! Her breakfast menu is a refreshing change from "egg whites and kale" and all of her dinners were delicious. Having a night off from dinners was so helpful because I didn't have to stress about having unused leftovers or turning down dinner plans.
