Randa's meal plan was great and so easy to follow! I printed off the weeks and just kept everything on hand. The weekly shopping list was organized and so handy to have so I didn't have to make my own! Her breakfast menu is a refreshing change from "egg whites and kale" and all of her dinners were delicious. Having a night off from dinners was so helpful because I didn't have to stress about having unused leftovers or turning down dinner plans. Having all of this on hand has made my weekly planning that much easier and less stressful plus I know that what my family and I are eating is healthy so it's a win-win!

F.A.Q's of the healthified life meal plan

I'm keto/Whole30/paleo, will this meal plan work for me?
This meal plan is a general meal plan that focuses on real and nutritious foods and not a specific diet. Although you could make simple swaps to make it work for you, there are no specific meal plans. This is something I plan to offer in the future.

I'm a picky eater, can I swap ingredients?
Of course! As a picky eater myself, with a lot of food intolerances, I get it. Simply swap the ingredient for a like ingredient (ie: veggie for a veggie) and make it your own.

How many servings are there per recipe?

In this meal plan I scaled it down to one serving. This way you can easily change it for your family (double it for two people, 4x it for a family of four). If there are any changes (ie: a freezable soup to make life easy on busy days) I make a note in the meal plan.


Is there a vegan version?
No, not at this time. I hope to have something in the future.
